Limited time on the handover, I think BMW should appoint a BMW Genius to each new purchaser to explain the computer systems thoroughly. The sales persons have a Limited knowledge and are pressurised with allocated time slots.

Mr. Martin and Mr. Downridge provided great service, but the technicians failed to resolve my car's issue after a full day. I was charged £125 in error, promised a refund, and told to rebook. This caused me to miss work, lose two days, and more.
