Very good until the last moment. Passed deadline promised and member of staff explained. BUT car was visible in the workshop with no one working on it for 15 minutes and had to chase for job to be concluded. So nearly 5* but not quite.

Big upset was returning to the car to find several of my personal individualised settings on my driver profile changed, including deletion of my two saved seat settings (the most annoying), digital dash layout and driver mode settings. Not premium.

When I made the booking I'd requested a hire car which wasn't returned by a previous customer and was somehow then my problem. Car was kept overnight for repairs, no updates the next day. Had to call 4 times over 3 hours to get the updates.

One of cover in the engine bay cover is loose, after I checked looks like one of the rubber was grommet missing. This should have been put back by the service mechanic. Also no way for me to know if all fluids where actually replaced.
