Limited time on the handover, I think BMW should appoint a BMW Genius to each new purchaser to explain the computer systems thoroughly. The sales persons have a Limited knowledge and are pressurised with allocated time slots.

Surprised that when I home the car said it needed 9 litres of ab blue 2 miles after a service also the the tyre pressure sensor is not sorted

My vehicle went in with one issue however collected with a entirely different issue. I was not made aware of the issue, and alarmingly let me drive away in a vehicle that may have had an undiagnosed or impending failure posing a significant safety.

On Christmas eve eve, BMW Maidenhead let me down for the second time in a row. BMW High Wycombe stepped in and sorted the issue on Christmas eve, and couldn't have done more to ensure I had my car sorted before Christmas!

I had two issues, one was with a leak in the sun roof the other was with a bad rattle in the boot. You had the car for 2 days and confirmed both issues were fixed. The following day both problems were still there. I have now re booked the car in.

I was led to believe I'd have a proper inspection which should involve scanning the computer, if the car was already clean and didn't need cleaning I should have been offered the scan for courtesy measures, the inspection was incredibly basic.

I wasn't made to wait to be checked in, and on check in my car was prioritised when it was made known that I will be waiting to go back to work, and they turned my car around within a couple of hours. Very pleased I didn't miss any meetings.

Even though you had my car an extra day, anmd had time to fit new tyres, i was not told until the following day that my car had 3 defective tyres. So you let me drive off without telling me the tyres were through to the chords.

I was told when making the appointment it would only take 30mins. It took 2hrs so I had to change my day around at the last moment. Part of that was because I accepted the complimentary car cleaning, so that definitely consoled to an extent.

It was all fine, I just had to wait for ages once I was told my car was ready to collect. Once it actually was ready I was told it would be washed for me. I was not expecting a full valet however it was not washed at all and had bird poo now on it.

The reception lady was very helpful and guided me to the waiting area while the car was worked upon. She showed me the video of the inspection made and explained identified unit replaced that should be planned and sourced the pricing information.

I had a very difficult time trying to book my vehicle into the garage & despite my car system telling me it was due a service the lady didn't accept it. Then wanted to know where I was driving to justify having it serviced.
