The salesperson Jovan, covered every aspect of the vehicle that I intended to buy. When the order was placed he provided regular updates, and on collection Jovan carried out a thorough handover covering all operating information and instructions.

Very satisfied with the whole experience. Sytner of High Wycombe encompasses everything you need when hoping to buy a new car. All BMW car makes displayed well with plenty of room to walk around, in fact the whole of the building was well-designed.

Lovely people, very helpful. Was able to get a test drive at short notice to see if I was comfortable with a bigger car. I was kept updated constantly. I was shown how to set up my new car and had a thorough explanation on how to use it.

Great experience overall. Helpful in resolving an issue with my Service Inclusive Plan. Rema took ownership for the issue and helped in a very practical way. I very much appreciated that she was empowered to do the right thing by the customer.

The cost of the service was relatively low, a tick box really (brake fluid change). I felt a bit like I was putting the service rep out by taking up a slot. I have a recurring tyre warning and because tyres were replaced elsewhere, it felt teflon.

Disappointing that a 90 min 'while-I-wait' service took 2.5 hours! Also drivers seat was left out of position with the memory wiped; passenger seat position suggested that a passenger had been carried; all pre-programmed facia buttons memory wiped

I've had my car 6 months and it has now done 9,000 miles. I thought an oil change at well over £300 was expensive. I used to have an Audi and seem to recall it was far cheaper.

Customer service levels are incredibly poor at High Wycombe. I've just been to HW this morning for a promised complimentary valet after last week - I've just spent 2 hour round trip and returned with a dirty car, despite me complaining onsite.

Tayyab did his very best and we had no problems dealing with him but the amount of time it took to resolve the problem was unacceptable. 2 weeks and 2 days in the workshop for about 10hours of workshop time. Requested mgmt call didn't materialise

The mechanic deactivated the auto brake and did not reactivate it. I know why it was done but it's a safety issue when the driver is unaware.

When I arrived, Karim, the Service Advisor, explained clearly what would happen during the visit. When it became apparent that the visit would take longer than expected they arranged for a taxi home so I could continue with my day.

when calling through to emergency teams, these were very good, when "transferred" to "service" area, kept waiting 20+ minutes each time and then disconnected / very helpful staff informed me they were not aware of my car or what the situation was.
