My rating is based purely on the service of Sytner personnel. It is my understanding that BMW were totally responsible for the delay of a month in the delivery of my vehicle to them, which was unacceptable. Including that it would have been 3 stars.

This was no criticism to Karim who looked after me as he was helpful, polite and professional, but the fault has not been rectified, there were blobs of silver grease left on my boot seal and boot liner and my request not to wash the car was ignored

My car mat in the footwell on the near side was dirty (lots of tiny leaves or leaf debris) that looked like it had been on the bottom of someone's feet & there was a dirty smudge on the passenger seat that I had to use cleaning products to remove.

I brought the car in for an EGR cooler problem under a recall notice. However the EGR was not replaced because the part was not available. This the 3rd time I have come in for this recall, and disappointed that need to bring the car in yet again!

All as expected, quick handover with no delays, and kept informed. Only a very minor niggle - was called to say key fob needed a new battery. I said don't bother, I have a battery at home. It was replaced, told for free, but was charged but only £3.

I called in without a booking due to a strange sound coming from the steering. They diagnosed the problem next morning, ordered to parts required and fixed it ready for collection in the afternoon.. All covered under warranty. All good

I came in having booked a MOT and Service thinking that my oil servicing was needed. Sytner contacted me shortly after dropping the car off to say that service wasn't needed until November so I could just have MOT. Helped save some money!!

I came for a brake fluid change I was seen in a very short time later was told a few more things were needed. Ended up a needed a new gearbox. the staff were friendly and work done fast enough and updated on progress when more things were needed.
