I would like to make particular mention of Kevin in the workshop. My car is now 21 years old and after Kevin worked on it last week it has never driven as well as it does right now. He has set it up perfectly. Thank you, Kevin. Per is also very good!

Great service as always. I did send my car in on a Friday night and heard nothing until the Monday afternoon so perhaps an email or call earlier on in the process to explain the time frame would be useful.

the service was planned for 1.30 - 2 hours I decided to wait, however I felt that I had been forgotten & had to chase for updates, looking at the app my car was ready significantly sooner than it was returned to me. the receptionist chased for me

Very good overall. Only issue was that car wasn't cleaned afterwards, as advised it would be.
