The service is good on the face of it but it's really hard to find answers to simple questions and employees rarely provide good customer service unless there is direct revenue from it. Disappointing in many ways to be honest.

Although car was booked for a Service while you wait, we took it in earlier as they hadn't reminded us the MOT was running out. We wanted it to be done as well so thought it would be easier for the garage to complete all the work with pressure.

Wry poor experience every time I visit. They forgot my car despite booking in. I had to chase after 1.5 hrs as it was still sat there and only meant to take 2 hrs total. Then done in a rush. Good desk arrangements for working whilst waiting though

This time not the best. Came in for a brake fluid and mot - got told I had to do the MAJOR oil service - so did it. But wasn't due for another 5 months approx - (2500 miles) .. ?? So why now.. also I wanted a AC recharge . but it wasn't done??

I was very satisfied with my recent service experience. The car service was completed and a fault fixed, including rectifying another ongoing issue still affecting the car from a previous service visit, for which I was not charged again.

All went well except: 1. when the job took longer than 90 mins. I had to ask for the status 2. the technician did not reset the MOT annual service date. Fortunately, I was able to work out how to do this myself

BMW have said I need to pay for tyres before my current tyres are sent off to the manufacturer. Appalling. The tyres aren't fit for purpose. My previous cars have done 22k and 25k before tyres have needed to be changed.

have to wait for a week and no replacement vehicle to fix the sensor. Not sure what surprises are left with after the continuous error after paying£ 300 pounds for diagnosis and £100+ for sensor including VAT and $60+ for fixing it.

I was not given the same level of welcome as other customers namely men! Service took 2.5 hours when booked a 90 min service while I wait. Noticed my car was only taken in around 45 minutes after I checked in!!! Not given any warning for delay.

The visit was a safety recall to replace the driver's airbag. The airbag was not fitted correctly (quite visibly so) so, I can only assume that the work was not checked. Poor service for a safety component.

The vehicle was returned on time and all alls and queries answered swiftly including the pending work to be done and how it could be followed up. Again - Tayyeb was great in resolving my queries.

My wife booked the appointment and twice confirmed a waiting MOT and was assured by service agent Lawrence that the appointment would take no more than 90 minutes. I arrived at 9.30 and the receptionist told me to wait in reception. Nothing happened.

Completely dissatisfied. I was misled into thinking all six injectors needed replacing, but later told only two were necessary. The service team stuttered and made up answers on the spot, then became very hostile when questioned.

The environmental waste disposal fee of £19.52 is far too high. I do not believe that the actual cost is anywhere near as high, especially as "www.webuywasteoil.co.uk" will collect 500 litres for only £75.
