I was able to reach Sidra easily via email following our previous dealings. Sidra responding promptly and with detail on my queries - and kept me informed throughout. It is convenient to drop the car off / collect Sat mornings too.

The service is good on the face of it but it's really hard to find answers to simple questions and employees rarely provide good customer service unless there is direct revenue from it. Disappointing in many ways to be honest.
