I brought the car in for a 1000 service at 0945. At 1045 it was collected. I was told when booking (via a switchboard in Leicester - bad move when wanting a service in Wycombe) it would be 90 minutes. I left at 12. I should have left at 1130.
No problem with service from Bodyshop.

I felt that the service was good overall but the locking wheel nut for my car was not put back in my car. After discovering that it was missing I attempted to call Sytner High Wycombe several times and the calls were not even answered.
The service I received was as expected from a brand like BMW. Any questions/concerns I had were addressed and I was supported through my decision at every stage.

Initially disappointed that BMW has withdrawn the "collect & return" service for private / non lease customers. Sytner proved extremely helpful in assisting us circumvent this issue. It turned out for this service I could have waited at Sytner.

As above. When we came for the follow up the new lamp was fitted to the car the moment we were about to go on holiday and this meant we could take our car instead of the rental car. This was well before promised so we were chuffed to say the least.

The replacement tow bar was poorly fitted - six screws were left off the rear bumper that I could see, and I'm not a qualified technician! The car was not serviced when it was agreed with the service representative that it would be.

- I was not fully impressed in receipt of my car as i wasn't contacted closer to the time to indicate that the car would be ready. I was also promised a call for my tyres which never happened.
They have been honourable, honest and bent over backwards to be fair to me
Car was not cleaned properly also my dash cam was unplugged....Why..??? Also countdown to service inspection light not reset after service but on asking there's a charge for that....again Why...??

I (foolishly) decided to replace tyres along with my mot. The center claimed that they couldnt remove the wheel nut as it was too tight and quoted £90 per wheel! Took it back to my local workshop, nuts removed in seconds and tyres replaced no problem

My technician and Luke my service rep were great, but as I said above the courtesy car situation is ridiculous. My journey after I dropped off the car was 3 buses home. The wash at the end of my service was awful Windows & bodywork smeery not good.

In addition to the scheduled work I thought the car would need a new set of tyres. It did, and Sytner managed to get and fit them all in the same day.
My service was completed in the time predicted and with no problems or issues.

I would have been completely satisfied if i had not had to return as the log book had not been completed and the service light had not been reset. Luckily I was only half an hour away.
When I asked to speak to a manager they took my issue seriously after 4 failed attempts to resolve issues with my vehicle and couldn't have been more helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I was kept informed on what they were doing.

The customer service was excellent. The service on the vehicle itself was also excellent. However, there are some issues that the car appears to have that were not addressed and despite being promised a call back, I was not given one.

Arrived on day I was booked in to be told that I had been booked in the day before. I was surprised as I had a full business schedule the day before and could not have booked my car in for that date. To be fair the team still managed to sort my car

Eventually you managed to get me the information I required for my breakdown cover. This cost me £99 when it could have been possible in little or no time.
Whilst the customer 'experience' was very impressive, I found the total cost for a two year service to be quite high. Obviously it's important to have the full maintenance and service requirements met exactly.

The Service Coordinator explained the pricing before the work was done. After the inspection, he contacted me to explain was work was required. I also received a video of the health check. The car was ready on time and was washed and valeted.
