I have used this branch many times and always receive good service. Even with COVID the facilities are spacious (and clean) and it is always easy for me to sit and work while I wait.

There was nothing to complain about apart from that due to Corona the car was not cleaned which of course is outside of your control.

Why no valet?
I asked the price of the service and I was quoted £400 before the day. On the day I was quoted £700. So this difference was upsetting.

... during the 4 week delay, it seemed there was little information available to my BMW sales contact about the cause of the delay or an accurate estimate of a revised delivery date. This nearly caused me to cancel my order.
Chris Bennett went out of his way to answer queries and keep me updated on the status of the vehicle after order. Chris also accommodated a change in time on the day of pick up of the vehicle due to my work commitments which I was very grateful for.

As above, plus the ordered car was delivered to the centre quite quickly and I had possession of the car a week after the test drive.
Despite the Covid regulations, the service was brilliant and everything went through easy. This was my third time buying a brand new car, my first with BMW. After the service I received, this was by far the best! Well done to Chris B too!
