Service staff very good, pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Explained everything clearly. Did what they said they would when they said they would.
Quick and easy. Suggested it would be more efficient to buy service pack.
Very satisfied. Sytner are impressive and the most competent BMW garage I have found. I wish my local BMW garage was half as competent as Sytner. For me, the extra effort to travel to them is justified every time.

car had a rattle. Collected car then drove 2 miles before hearing rattle again. Turned round to return car. The car hadn't been tested after repair. Not acceptable. Took a bus there, son took me to collect car. Driven home & car del.

Sytner High Wycombe had nothing to do with BMW not being able to make parts so none of it is their fault.

Would have been completely but mechanic/cleaner left oily marks all over both arm rests in front.
Overall very good, but it took circa 15 mins post my appointment time to be seen my allotted service manager (whilst other members service team were milling about). Bar this, the service I received was excellent ..polite, friendly and professional

My first experience with this dealership was poor, however this time once Roger Davidson took charge there was a great improvement.
they were polite and dealt with my service letting me know when it was ready, I also had a lift home as a loan car was not available.
Welcome and service was carried out very professionally, but as pointed out in a separate email, I made a suggestion based on a slight accident I had after collecting the car from a non marked car space which was very tightly parked.

I have now paid twice for the Drivetrain error to be resolved and it is still there despite Sytner High Wycombe having kept the car for over 4 weeks now and they still can't figure it out. Quite disappointing given they are a BMW specialist

Everything went well, I did have one query on an upgrade to the navigation sysytem on the car. BMW told me how to do it, which I did later (but struggled as its not intuitive)
Service was 5*I was kept up to date with the findings and issues encountered were dealt with promptly.

I have used Sytner at High Wycombe twice now and each time the service was not completed in the allotted time given. This has been an inconvenience to me as I have had to re-arrange a follow on visit.

Accommodated a last minute service need, which was good. Friendly staff and nice waiting area with coffee & snacks. Only negative was that my car was actually finished a good 30mins before I left, I had to chase staff several times to sign/pay.

Really good; better than expected. Fixed the noisy seat issue and advised on some other issues I had. Had master technician work on the car which was nice. No complaints at all.
Able to wait in a reasonably comfortable reception area with tea and biscuits. My 3 series wheels fitted my new car so I am happy. Was shown a video of the correct tyres pressures to set - so that was good. Pity I had to wait until the actual fit....

Responsible person dealing with my service was quick, efficient and kept me updated on the progress of my car.
The drivers leather seat had oily marks on it from someone who had been sitting in it, presumable a mechanic. I had two rear tyres fitted and both of them were left with what looked like white grease marks which had not been cleaned off.

Service was spot on - I was able to work on site, fed coffee and biscuits. The car was done within the stated window and costed less than I thought, when does that happen!!!

Everything involving the service was explained to me and also sent a text with a video from the technician who carried out the service explaining what work had been carried out.
