Roger in service was very attentive and helpful.
All requests carried out to the letter. Many competitor-brands would have carried out further repairs regardless & bumped up the bill. SytnerWycombe just warn you that a certain part is wearing & in 6-12 months will need replacing. Honesty.

I took it in for brake fluid replacement but asked them to look at a clutch judder issue. They waived the diagnostic fee and said that the issue wasn't bad to warrant changing the clutch.
Just an excellent branch. Have used multiple times despite having another franchises service centre in Watford to use. Difference in quality of service is noticeable which is why I drive 25 miles

I asked for a service and they do a health check - everything was in order and my vehicle passed all checks and did not require a service yet.
I arrived and was met by the person assigned to deal with my car that day. He explained that it would take approximately 2 hours and I opted to wait. I was updated on progress by text and 2 hours later to the minute the car was ready.
