A while you wait service which took rather longer than anticipated. this was recognised with a reduction in the amount charged.
Wesley was our customer service rep. I did have to chase a few times for an update but he was friendly and approachable. He did keep my updated towards the end.
The price for investigating a faulty front camera lens was excessive and having been advised that there as some improvement to the very blurred image produced, there was not so. If this price were included in the replacement cost, a far better deal.

A dust cap not replaced and readings show 1 tyre is 0.2 bar less than other 3. The video detailed brake pads will need replacing soon unclear whether its front, back or all and no cost was detailed. The service indicator shows one due in 340 miles.

They usually fix it every time. However on this visit they are unable to totally diagnose whether I have a wheel bearing problem I expect the car to go back into the repair shop again for its semi annual visits to get fixed.

I have been trying to book a service online for 6 weeks with no reply After being contacted I was asked why did I think the online service has not worked??!! Once booked I was as told that my prepaid service package have just run out! Cost £800!!
Asked garage to look at warranty item (vibrating/rattling door trim) but hasn't really been fixed.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. They carried out the work as I waited but started on the car quickly and finished the job, together with a wash in 2.5 hours.
My last visit was not up to the usual standards in particular a planned 1.5 to 2 hours wait (MOT, brake fluid and wash) turned out to be + 3 hours.

Extremely good customer service from Per - felt very well looked after and informed at all times.
This visit was short and completed very efficiently but should not have been necessary if previous visit had been completed properly.

The sevice was fast and all good, however I did have issues getting through your call lines due to receptionists not calling me back after saying they would. However your manager was very helpful and instantly sorted my problem.

Everyone was extremely pleasant and the whole service was very efficient
I think it is expensive, £350 for an oil change! Also I think, I don't know for sure that the car was washed before it was serviced which means the water had time to dry on before I drove away, a small detail but it should be serviced then washed.
Problems that I reported were not conrrectly investigated and service managers did not reply back to me. Again I had to go via Sytner direct to get the matter resolved.

This rating only reflects the fact that my brakes are squeaking and my engine coolant light has come on since the service. This is not what I expected after a service from BMW and it has been very difficult to book in an appoint with a courtesy car.

All aspects were handled well including rebooking appointment when garage equipment was not working. The environment around the showroom was pleasant to wait and work while MOT was being carried out.
Really poor customer experience, no manager on a Saturday - probably the worst experience I have ever had (and I have owned many high value cars in the past) absolutely unacceptable - you don't expect your pristine car to come back damaged !

The Team at High Wycombe are awesome, just brilliant. It is a joy to visit them. All the staff make an effort, but Ian Jones in Sales and Luke Staines in service make me come back to Sytner every time, they are naturally exceptional.
When I was initially booked the service, I was expecting to pay for the oil service, as indicated in my car. Upon completion f the service, I was somewhat surprised to be given a much higher bill.This is not good customer service.
I considered the price was a little high for what was done to my car.
After the mess up with my last car then I'm really happy and impressed with all Ian and the Sytner team have done . Thank you

Sytner have serviced my car for a number of years now; Since I moved into this location. The service team have always been outstanding and the work to the highest standards as one would expect.
The service agent that helped me was extremely friendly and made time to explain my car's servicing requirements. He then made sure I was comfortable in the lounge area. The technician servicing my car provided a very thorough assessment via video.
I paid nearly £100,000 for a car and I received £1 service and customer care Unanswered telephone calls, emails and texts . A brand new car delivered where no one knew the features but worse it was unfit for purpose - and still is !! But nobody cares

I brought the car in for a 1000 service at 0945. At 1045 it was collected. I was told when booking (via a switchboard in Leicester - bad move when wanting a service in Wycombe) it would be 90 minutes. I left at 12. I should have left at 1130.

I felt that the service was good overall but the locking wheel nut for my car was not put back in my car. After discovering that it was missing I attempted to call Sytner High Wycombe several times and the calls were not even answered.

Initially disappointed that BMW has withdrawn the "collect & return" service for private / non lease customers. Sytner proved extremely helpful in assisting us circumvent this issue. It turned out for this service I could have waited at Sytner.
The replacement tow bar was poorly fitted - six screws were left off the rear bumper that I could see, and I'm not a qualified technician! The car was not serviced when it was agreed with the service representative that it would be.
As above. When we came for the follow up the new lamp was fitted to the car the moment we were about to go on holiday and this meant we could take our car instead of the rental car. This was well before promised so we were chuffed to say the least.

I (foolishly) decided to replace tyres along with my mot. The center claimed that they couldnt remove the wheel nut as it was too tight and quoted £90 per wheel! Took it back to my local workshop, nuts removed in seconds and tyres replaced no problem
