I arrived and was met by the person assigned to deal with my car that day. He explained that it would take approximately 2 hours and I opted to wait. I was updated on progress by text and 2 hours later to the minute the car was ready.
I asked for a service and they do a health check - everything was in order and my vehicle passed all checks and did not require a service yet.

Repair was slow due to parts required from Germany. A smart 4 series provided as courtesy car but would have preferred something similar to my X5 for people and load carrying purposes over the long Easter weekend.
