Booked a usb map update and it was F.O.C, had email to confirm this but service desk person refused to carry out this as there was a charge. As I had proof I felt it should have been honoured under the sale of goods act.

Not what I expect from BMW...in fairness they were very accommodating when I turned up Monday morning and took the car in to repair my computer. I collected it later that day and on my journey home realised it was still not working.
