All my concerns were looked at and reported back to me very quickly.
As the work could not be completed in one day we were given a curtesy car so we could get home.

My car was subject to a recall. It took many months, and some chasing, to get my car booked. However, once I was booked in, I received a replacement car, my car was returned on schedule and the gift I found on the passenger seat was a nice touch.

It was smooth hand-over with social distancing involved, the only draw back was the fact that the salesman 'Chris Bennet' couldn't show me all the features of the car because of the current restrictions.
Obviously in COVID times one cannot interact 'normally' nor get to experience their proposed purchase before a buying decision. I appreciate this is not the dealers fault.
