"On collection, noticed obvious damage to the pull handle area of the drivers door card. It seemed to have been caused by an acidic or alkaline solution eating into the 'soft feel' plastic coating. Very dissapointed that it was not noticed on PDI."

"In for warranty work, third visit for air conditioning and boot lid occasionally sticking. Aircon fixed, boot lid still not fixed. Car returned with Enging Management light on, required fitter to resewt etc."

With regards to the Engine Management Light, despite attempting on 3 occasions to get the warning light to appear this did not happen so I can only apologise that it displayed when the car was returned to you. Thank you for your feedback."
