Excellent. My initial meeting was excellent. Very helpful chap sorted out a service pack for me (which I was told I couldn't have when I bought the car earlier in the year. )
from welcome to departure, polite, friendly, informative and the overall atmosphere of professionalism.Also answered incidental questions about operation of vehicle.Best car valet ever!
I was not informed about the software updates that I would need to address. For example, satnav changes and all my radio stations had been erraced and had to be reset. Not a problem but would have been nice to know before driving.
The services was of a very high standard. Everyone was very polite and nothing was to much bother for them. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I was kept informed and upto date at every step. Excellent!!
I was kept informed of developments, there were some issues I didn't realise with the car. They said that the warranty work ( I didn't realise that I had a leak at the back of the car) would take a few days and offered me a car to keep me on the road

I did not have to wait too long, my car was inspected, my video received and the standard service carried out. My car was returned valeted inside and out which was a nice touch.
Apart from cost there is only one small gripe. Seat, steering wheel position and computer settings were left very different to when it was taken in. Could they not be noted at the start of the service and returned to original settings?

My car went in in Sept for its MOT. It was then due a service in October. Although the service wasn't quite due, John spoke to head office and agreed for it to be brought forward to avoid unnecessary hassle the following month.
They have proved to be a real good company to deal with.

But did not tell me that there was very little petrol left in the car!
It was OK - did what they said they would - but felt they were over-keen to relieve me of another £850 for brakes that hadn't come up as an advisory on the MOT. Interior came back dirty (again) and the service book wasn't stamped. So not brilliant.
With this most recent service experience it was really good. I hope the issues are now sorted

I had an issue with my vehicle not receiving RTTI - the service person tried very hard to resolve this and offered to install all software updates hoping that the RTTI would work, but it was found that due to age of my vehicle it was not possible

Turned off the automatic lights off, which almost ended up with a major crash when I drove onto a roundabout without any lights, someone almost hit me. Also changed at least one setting on the car and didn't tell me.
Good service, but mechanics are remote from customer. Consequently you are dealing with a customer representative who has no knowledge of the service or repair carried out other ten it has been completed.
The service team have been wonderful. But the car let us down.
there was a problem regarding the price of the service .I was given a price of £200 over the phone by the person responsible but when I collected the car the price was approx £287 when I queried this the price was adjusted to Approx £217 !

Historically I have found Sytner High Wycombe difficult to do business both in terms of buying a car and being to book a service with a car collection.Once I finally managed to get my car booked in for a service recently , the service advisor good.
The dealer tries hard to do the right thing for me as a customer , however you do pay a lot of money so you should be treated well.

Kept informed and prompt service with loan car, but excess on replacement car was far too much with extra charge to reduce a slight underhand tactic.

Car had to stay in for another day as horn wasn't working - a problem discussed when booking in. Also I had to take the car back to the garage a few days later as the computer had not been reset correctly.
Anastasia was one of the best service reps I've had the pleasure to deal with. Responsive, friendly, very helpful. The body shop also touched up some paint chips - it was no trouble and no charge.

No offer of help / assistance with the above problems after a £45K cash purchase including a service plan.In my experience service plans have proved to be poor value as brakes & tyres are the obvious items for wear and replacement.

My car had 5 hours of 'product enhancement', but I still do not know what. You should provide a written explanation.When you took my car in its MPG reading was 47.3. When it came back, the MPG was 42. I have asked for, but not had, an explanation
I was told that no repairs involving cost would be made without my authorization. I was advised that I was within my rights to replace the brake pads (the most likely repair) MYSELF, which I said I would. Still, I received a bill of over £200.

Satisfied on this visit. Car was repaired efficiently under insured warranty. Could have done with more communication on the status of my car. I had the video sent on email but had no phone call, I ended up calling late afternoon to find out status.

Even given that more work was needed than I had expected, my fault for not reading all the items on the service indicator, the work was still done while I waited. The service representative explained things clearly and was very helpful.
Very hassle free
The booking process and customer service element on the day were both excellent, however the complimentary car cleaning was not done to a standard I would have been happy with had I been paying for it.
It was not possible to complete all work on the car due to a faulty part so I have to return on another occasion. Complementary valet welcome but was not fully satisfactory as marks left on upholstery.

Unfortunately the BMW build your BMW website let us down and I ended up with an Automatic transmission instead of a Manual transmission! This website needs redesigning. This was an experienced sales person and it happened to him.
Only negative was the car wasn't full of fuel when collecting despite paying for that. When being filled it was then overfilled with fuel spilling down the side.

I visited Sytner High Wycombe to see a colour, but due to a disappointing experience with Sytner Sunningdale, I completed the sale at High Wycombe as Matt Knott was excellent, attentive and extremely helpful during the sales and delivery process.
