This visit was for a first service on a BMW X5 - Reg BJ66UJH. The work consisted mainly of an oil and filter change, microfilter and recirculation filter change. I nearly fell off my chair when I was asked to pay over £300 for this limited scope.
I would suggest you clear cars faster in your front car parking area though - I could barely find a space at 9.45am!

The issue I had with the car was fixed and explained.
It would be 5 stars, however your paper work boasted about it being hoovered, it wasn't, I'm not fussed about it being cleaned as I do it myself, but if your going to say it was then please check.
The communication and follow up was good which is why I marked it in the middleWould have been better had more testing been done - process is to do a cheap simple visual test.... send the car back with the fault, and wait to run out of coolant again

Very good inspections but the offer to fix the problem was far too heavy handed. I would expect a main dealership to not take the approach of changing entire parts and only the sections which are at fault.

Excellent that the experience was made very simple for me - timely and informed. Not perfect as work needed tracking aligned and not completed well - off-set steering. Will contact soon but a pain to revisit as Sytner 20 miles away.

The service was thorough. However, when I booked the service I was told a set price, but on service day, the rep asked me what I was quoted and he said 'sounds about right' which didn't fill me with confidence, almost like I could be charged anything
My problem was handled immediately and efficiently by all the staff involved, who delivered a satisfactory outcome.
Having transferred from a smaller garage after buying my new BMW I did miss the personal touch, I did feel like any old customer rather than being valued so different to sales when you want my custom! but that said it was efficient thank you.

When my car had to go back for a small warranty issue, they fixed it straightway, kept me updated and were friendly to deal with.
I felt like I had to really explain my frustration and go round in circles to get a repair done.
The staff at Sytner were very helpful and informative. The whole experience was good, from collection and drop off, customer care and communication.
I couldn't fault anything - I was told the work would take 2 hours and in fact it did! The information flows between the service area (video) and reception staff was brilliant - thank you.

The issue with the collection time is annoying. I also assume that the battery was disconnected during the service which meant all my seat settings and radio stations etc were lost. It would have been nice to have been told that this would happen.
Simone was excellent in coordinating everything including a loan car and was very informative throughout. The service was straight forward and I was allowed to choose the time I picked up the car which I guess is not unusual for a premium brand.

Low loaded the X3 away, fixed it the next day, lent me a 320d x-drive in the meantime.
The car was completely checked over and nialthkugh it was very dirty it came back nicely washed and vacuumed, The video from the mechanic was useful as well!

Despite there being a technical problem with the equipment at Sytner, my car was dealt with in a professional manner, including taking the car offsite whilst I waited, in order to fulfill the job requirements.
I was advised that my car had an issue with the rear seat belt, apparently it had become twisted, but had passed the MOT test. When I got home I tried to open the glove box, to replace the service book, but was unable to open it without it catching
I've had a first service, door mirror and brakes sorted by SHW and I've been very pleased. So much so, I've got my wife to buy her next Mini from same dealership.

My car was booked in a month previously and I got a reference number. On the day of the service they could find no record of the booking. The staff were great ( the receptionist and Luke), and did their best to accommodate the car.

Unfortunately due to terrible traffic I was an hour late for my appointment, but Sytner were still able to service and MOT the car inside 2hrs and I was on my way

My main contact was Per at the Service Centre. He was very attentive and kept me up to date with how they were handling the issues with my car. I did have issues with the software of my X6 and it had to go in twice for the issue to be fixed.
The service process was very smooth eased by the assistance from Neil Hamilton who was informative and very helpful

All handled well. Communication good. Pleasant experience. Only 'gripe' is that when buying the car I was told that pick up and return would be done for servicing etc, but when I asked for that I was told I was too far away - it's half an hour away.

My car was in for two weeks 2 days for a wheel refurb and warranty work, however the warranty work is incomplete and I have to return and get it fixed again. Plus one wheel has been damaged that wasnt before it went in

All work was carried out although oil marks were left on my champagne interior from mechanics, also the cost of vehicle tracking needs to be lowered from £200 as this is a generic job for most cars

Matt understood that I have purchased many cars as a fleet buyer over many years and tailored the experience to fit me perfectly.
Ian in the sales department does a excellent job in explaining the buying process and advising me of what my options were and explaining the technical jargon in the paperwork.. Kept me informed where my car was in the production/delivery process.
