Same as above really, I've had mixed experiences at BMW. Genuine care, informative and good old fashioned courtesy. This was by far the best, welldone!

Communication was excellent from the picking up of a courtesy vehicle through to the explanation of the works carried out on the car. The video of the technician giving the car a once over was a nice touch.

Even given that more work was needed than I had expected, my fault for not reading all the items on the service indicator, the work was still done while I waited. The service representative explained things clearly and was very helpful.
Very hassle free
The booking process and customer service element on the day were both excellent, however the complimentary car cleaning was not done to a standard I would have been happy with had I been paying for it.
It was not possible to complete all work on the car due to a faulty part so I have to return on another occasion. Complementary valet welcome but was not fully satisfactory as marks left on upholstery.

Usually I am very pleased with the level of service from suttee high Wycombe they seem to have set the bar very high, but recently the experience has not been to the same level as previously received.
Repairs were completed but the routine service part wasn't due to BMW's inflexible rules stating that scheduled mileage must be completed before a service can be done. I now have to waste another day to book the car in again for the routine service.

Kept me updated all the time
To be honest my car was in for a recall due to seat belt mod, when I got the car home and had a look round inside there was white powder all over the interior which I cleaned thoroughly and put it back to my high standard of cleanliness,
I have only given 3 stars because my car shouldn't have had to be returned for a fairly routine oversight the next day.Everything else was 5*
I ordered a replacement wheel which I was told by your regional center for Sytner would be available during my 1200 mile service. When I arrived at Sytner the wheel had not been ordered and I will now have to go to the garage again.
1. It didn't cost a lot2. The car is always treated with respect3. ...I am a stickler, for a clean car, both inside and out
Quick service. Also caring. Video of possible Oil issues. However would like the engineers to also check the log, history, as they seemed to find a similar issue the last two times I have been in - and they already fixed the issue about a year ago.
Great service. Efficient and professional. Issue dealt with quickly and curtesy car was provided.
The overall service is good but there's always just a little too much waiting around whilst dropping off or picking up the vehicle.

It was a pleasure dealing with Richard Kendall your sales executive and Gareth Evans your business manager. They were friendly, patient, helpful and made us feel comfortable while we were making a decision in what is quite an expensive purchase.
On the day I was expecting a call to say it was ready to collect. I did get a call about 4pm to say the the service work as done but the MOT was still outstanding but nothing after that so I came in anyway and was kept waiting until 5.45 .
The team were fast, clear and efficient!

The work was done efficiently; my car was collected and returned courteously. The only reason it's not 5/5 is that I was a bit disappointed that my child's car seat could not be re-attached for me, although I understand the liability point.

I visited Sytner High Wycombe to see a colour, but due to a disappointing experience with Sytner Sunningdale, I completed the sale at High Wycombe as Matt Knott was excellent, attentive and extremely helpful during the sales and delivery process.
All went well during sale of car, albeit a little rushed.

I had to return the car for completion of the preparation of the vehicle. There was some "white tape" on the bonnet area and a poor autoglym finish inside on the dashboard area. I had one or two questions which were answered and the car was washed.

I have had BMW 5 series cars before but my last car was a Mercedes E350 which I loved. In reality I was happy to have either car; but I chose to return to BMW because I had better experiences with the personnel at BMW in terms of their engagement.
