Called to get car booked in for a fault and was offered date nearly 3 weeks away, ended up called emergency help line to get it sorted.

Initially they were quoting nearly 3 weeks for a sit and wait appointment. I pushed back and got that down to 8 days, which in my view is still too long.Once I got there, the service from Roger Davidson was excellent.

I had to return the car for completion of the preparation of the vehicle. There was some "white tape" on the bonnet area and a poor autoglym finish inside on the dashboard area. I had one or two questions which were answered and the car was washed.

I have had BMW 5 series cars before but my last car was a Mercedes E350 which I loved. In reality I was happy to have either car; but I chose to return to BMW because I had better experiences with the personnel at BMW in terms of their engagement.

The sales process was faultless however I did expect blue number plate screw caps on a blue Euro number plate instead of black,.I emailed my concern and was sent one in the post. I assume the other number plate will just remain with a black cap.
