The staff at the dealership are extremely professional and always willing to fit me in if I pop in with a query about the car or low tyre pressure.
Check your records and my car history. I have been without my vehicle for one reason or the other since Oct17. I have still withheld my survey response at the time of buying the car because there are lingering and unresolved issues.

having booked in for an MOT, realised a service was required that was immediately arranged, a transfer to and from home also arranged as it was too long to sit and wait for the car!
I left the keys Sunday and would have liked a call first thing Monday to explain what was wrong with the car howvwe I called the garage after 10:30 as no-one had called
Service was completed as promised and included a video by the technician summarising the oyrcone if the service inc. advisory points e.g. Brakes are ok now but will need replacing soon.

Very pleasant met by concierge then Simone came over and dealt with me booking the car in I told her threre was a fault on my car and I needed it to go away for a short holiday the next day and she speeded up the inspection

There was no difficulty in booking and the service/MOT was completed on time, as promised.
The staff were very friendly, I was given the first appointment available, I was kept updated on progress with the fix, found the mechanics video clip very useful, he fixed the issue AND topped up my washer fluid and cleaned the car. Superb Service!

All done while I waited including a recall item - which otherwise would have meant another visit
We had quite a long wait for the car when we arrived to pick it up. We had to go to ask what was causing the delay as nobody thought to come and tell us. A phone call to tell us the car would not be ready at the arranged time would have been useful.

Sytner spotted a number of issues with my vehicle which they were able to repair prior to the warranty expiring.
Generally satisfied but often small things agreed are not followed up.

Good explanation of service
Simone was very helpful in seeking a contribution from BMW to cover fairly extensive new brake parts needed at <30k miles. She arranged for BMW to cover the majority of the costs of replacements, which was very welcome.
This service was due to a BMW recall request. It was inconvenient. My vehicle is 6 months old and it was inconvenient to have to take time out of my day to drop off in the morning and collect in the evening. I bought a brand new car for reliability.
Very easy to deal with and great pricing for older cars
The appointment time was not adhered to.
Work was carried out quickly and the cost of the work was very fair. The guy I dealt with was a legend as well and managed to source me a courtesy car at short notice. In addition warranty work was identified and fixed with no bother to me.

Excellent service - but it would have been nice if the car had been polished too. Also when I asked about buying different seats for my M2 I was told a flat no. Im sure this is possible.
Customer service was great, the work I had carried out amounted to around £1500 I was told my car would be washed upon collection but unfortunately was not.
Cost is always an issue but once this has been digested I am ok.

I arrived back from holiday in the Caribbean at 7.00am (tired after an all night flight) to find the suspension on my 530d touring had failed for the second time!! I took the car in that morning and it was fixed by the evening - brilliant service

The car was well looked after and a hire car was offered - I wanted to get prices on a m4 but the sales man movers contacted me ......
I like the detailed information in the form of a video clip after each service, which provides the confidence that the service department has completed a thorough check up on my vehicle.
I have had problems with some features of my navigation and when the car came in for rectification, the problem was substantially repaired but it now seems to be slowly reverting to the problem I brought it in to be repaired.
Prompt and courteous service.
The service has been pretty terrible. They refused to pick up so they could resolve the issues. Only did so when I threatened to return he car. You are supposed to be an upmarket brand,for god sakes protect it. Good services from sales & Luke Staines
It took a while to get the safety recall service booked in due to lack of courtesy cars, but the actual service was carried out very well.
Service manual has not been filled in so will need to make a return visit.
At the dealer the service was exemplary and it really is no hardship to return there. I would like to specifically thank Per Taylor who was friendly, patient and supportive throughout and Phil in the workshop who helped me to identify the fault.
Always polite and courteous
Nothing was too much trouble. Work was completed on time.Unfortunately I damaged the car slightly on the gates on arrival at Sytner (first minor bump in over 20 years). Simone sought out Carl from the body shop who was very helpful. Thanks to both.
I placed the order on 26th June and collected my new car X2 on 30th June, that is what I call service.
