We had quite a long wait for the car when we arrived to pick it up. We had to go to ask what was causing the delay as nobody thought to come and tell us. A phone call to tell us the car would not be ready at the arranged time would have been useful.
Generally satisfied but often small things agreed are not followed up.
Sytner spotted a number of issues with my vehicle which they were able to repair prior to the warranty expiring.

messed about collection time & arrangement. Conflicting tales about recall work. Called at 4.21 for authorisation to look into non working a/c. Spoke to wife who had car for 2 days no a/c problem rang 4.24 to stop. Charged felt conned recouping recal
Well the service element was OK but not up to what I have come to expect, no reports on tyres, not sure what was done was oil replaced etc and the warranty fix was not fixed. So have to mark down this time.
It would be useful if it were possible to drop the car off earlier to avoid rush hour traffic.
easy to arrange a convenient service visit, efficiently carried out and even washed the car and provided a video clip to explain the vehicle condition - perfect!

See above - I have become used to better over the years I have been to Sytner High Wycombe. This also meant I had to go without my car for a 2nd day.

I was satisfied, apart from the state of the loan car which was internally filthy, I'm surprised how your customers treat your cars.
Simone was very helpful in seeking a contribution from BMW to cover fairly extensive new brake parts needed at <30k miles. She arranged for BMW to cover the majority of the costs of replacements, which was very welcome.
Sytner High Wycombe offers the best car service experience in our area. From the moment you arrive, greeted by a concierge to the time spent with the various service team members one is treated like a guest in a 5 star hotel.

Had to wait some time for Service Consultant & wasn't offered a drink. Booking in took a long time. Courtesy car was clean on the outside but had rubbish inside including customer contact form for another customer. Not all faults resolved on collect

This service was due to a BMW recall request. It was inconvenient. My vehicle is 6 months old and it was inconvenient to have to take time out of my day to drop off in the morning and collect in the evening. I bought a brand new car for reliability.
Excellent service - but it would have been nice if the car had been polished too. Also when I asked about buying different seats for my M2 I was told a flat no. Im sure this is possible.
Work was carried out quickly and the cost of the work was very fair. The guy I dealt with was a legend as well and managed to source me a courtesy car at short notice. In addition warranty work was identified and fixed with no bother to me.

Customer service was great, the work I had carried out amounted to around £1500 I was told my car would be washed upon collection but unfortunately was not.

I have had problems with some features of my navigation and when the car came in for rectification, the problem was substantially repaired but it now seems to be slowly reverting to the problem I brought it in to be repaired.

I like the detailed information in the form of a video clip after each service, which provides the confidence that the service department has completed a thorough check up on my vehicle.

The service has been pretty terrible. They refused to pick up so they could resolve the issues. Only did so when I threatened to return he car. You are supposed to be an upmarket brand,for god sakes protect it. Good services from sales & Luke Staines
Service manual has not been filled in so will need to make a return visit.
It took a while to get the safety recall service booked in due to lack of courtesy cars, but the actual service was carried out very well.
At the dealer the service was exemplary and it really is no hardship to return there. I would like to specifically thank Per Taylor who was friendly, patient and supportive throughout and Phil in the workshop who helped me to identify the fault.

Nothing was too much trouble. Work was completed on time.Unfortunately I damaged the car slightly on the gates on arrival at Sytner (first minor bump in over 20 years). Simone sought out Carl from the body shop who was very helpful. Thanks to both.
All round 5 star service, from car pick-up, to communications with Neil Hamilton, to how video content came across, to car drop off and the driver moving the car as I was nervous about the slope the car had been parked on. Wonderfully professional.

Although they were fairly busy, the staff were well organized and I was attended to without delay during the 4 visits I made so far.During the time my car was in for attention, I was kept informed of progress by phone.The car was valeted on return.

Carl and Keith were lovely. Unfortunately no loan car but it was relatively short notice. Unfortunately when I picked up the car the key hadn't been updated and the log book wasn't signed. Since then I've had unsolicited marketing calls from you.

Per followed up on all aspects of the service. exception was a missed part which wasnt resolved but that a mechanic issue, not Per
Was told all four tyres were the same and needed replacing. In fact rear tyres are different to fronts, and were still legal. Prices quoted were 20%+ higher than I obtained from outside major reputable company. Same for wheel re-alignment.
On time, polite, efficient and offered coffee and space to work if I needed to wait.
Job completed quickly in the time frame I set and the car cleaned too

I would have given 5-stars except the replacement censor was not in stock. I realise that spares need to be kept to a minimum but apparently this sensor is known to fail and has done so on a previous occasion on my car. This led to a 24 hour delay.

The car was recalled for some modification and this was carried out and an assessment of the car was done at the same time and a video emailed to us.

BMW initiated the complementary service. They followed up their offer to ensure the date/time were convenient. On the day staff couldn't have been more helpful. A minor problem had been rectified and my car was returned to me in pristine condition
My Wife had a problem with her X3 the warning lights came up the service consultant Rob Trice had the faults corrected as well as a new battery. A few weeks later my M240 head unit shut down Rob Trice sorted the reprogramming. Excellent service
