All handled well. Communication good. Pleasant experience. Only 'gripe' is that when buying the car I was told that pick up and return would be done for servicing etc, but when I asked for that I was told I was too far away - it's half an hour away.

My car was in for two weeks 2 days for a wheel refurb and warranty work, however the warranty work is incomplete and I have to return and get it fixed again. Plus one wheel has been damaged that wasnt before it went in

Because Luke Staines went more than the extra mile to help me when my car was with you and I was unexpectedly taken to hospital, in an ambulance, for a ruptured appendix. He kept the car and then had it returned with a Get Well card and box of chocs.
Team on site were excellent. Just let down by courtesy car not being available. Would have bee a perfect score otherwise.

Although what happened to our car really shouldn't have happened (selector lever jammed in park on a Eurotunnel shuttle service!!), the service we received was excellent.
The last time the car visited Sytners it was damaged - presumably by the valeting guy. There was a deep scratch on the n/s/f bumper corner. To be fair to Sytners, once the damage was pointed out it they rectified it in a couple of days.

No courtesy car available and I was surprised having bought the brand new car from Sytner that I wasn't contacted by them to see if the car was ready for its 1200 mile service.

Roger Davidson in Service and Gary in the Bodyshop kept me very well informed about progress with my car. Max did the work on it and his vehicle health check video was excellent.
My service engineer was superb. Very professional, very thorough, obviously more concerned about making sure a high quality job was done. The car was handed back in great condition.

Happy with the booking in process, the video update on progress and resolution of the problem. Didn't appreciate the collection experience very much - no coffee offered while waiting and it took 30 mins for the car to be brought round and handed back
Luke on the service desk was very helpful but the problems still keep happening with the car. Whilst in for service, someone took it for a drive and was caught at 85 mph on the motorway!

Service was carried out and the car washed within a very short space of time.It had its MoT too.
Contacted Sytner with a warranty issue that I feel other dealers would have queried. When you contact Sytner of course they value the car as a product but value me as a customer and do what they can to make the experience the least painless.

I was not informed about the software updates that I would need to address. For example, satnav changes and all my radio stations had been erraced and had to be reset. Not a problem but would have been nice to know before driving.
I was kept informed of developments, there were some issues I didn't realise with the car. They said that the warranty work ( I didn't realise that I had a leak at the back of the car) would take a few days and offered me a car to keep me on the road
The services was of a very high standard. Everyone was very polite and nothing was to much bother for them. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I was kept informed and upto date at every step. Excellent!!
Everyone I dealt with was most courteous
I did not have to wait too long, my car was inspected, my video received and the standard service carried out. My car was returned valeted inside and out which was a nice touch.
Apart from cost there is only one small gripe. Seat, steering wheel position and computer settings were left very different to when it was taken in. Could they not be noted at the start of the service and returned to original settings?

Prompt service. A little disappointed that the battery on the remote 'key' needed replacing when I went to leave. Probably a coincidence, but I wonder if this would have shown up while Sytners had my car.

My car went in in Sept for its MOT. It was then due a service in October. Although the service wasn't quite due, John spoke to head office and agreed for it to be brought forward to avoid unnecessary hassle the following month.

It was OK - did what they said they would - but felt they were over-keen to relieve me of another £850 for brakes that hadn't come up as an advisory on the MOT. Interior came back dirty (again) and the service book wasn't stamped. So not brilliant.

Couldn't match National Tyres price on new tyre so took the car away and saved over £45 on one tyre myself.

I had an issue with my vehicle not receiving RTTI - the service person tried very hard to resolve this and offered to install all software updates hoping that the RTTI would work, but it was found that due to age of my vehicle it was not possible

Good service, but mechanics are remote from customer. Consequently you are dealing with a customer representative who has no knowledge of the service or repair carried out other ten it has been completed.
Turned off the automatic lights off, which almost ended up with a major crash when I drove onto a roundabout without any lights, someone almost hit me. Also changed at least one setting on the car and didn't tell me.
there was a problem regarding the price of the service .I was given a price of £200 over the phone by the person responsible but when I collected the car the price was approx £287 when I queried this the price was adjusted to Approx £217 !
