Front and back of house service excellent
Anastasia Date was THE best service provider and took very well care of both of our BMW's which needed to be serviced and needed an MOT.
I have been treated as an important person, and my problem has been resolved.
I found some damage on rear of vehicle. Hence my calls into the dealership which went unreturned

The car was recalled for some modification and this was carried out and an assessment of the car was done at the same time and a video emailed to us.

My Wife had a problem with her X3 the warning lights came up the service consultant Rob Trice had the faults corrected as well as a new battery. A few weeks later my M240 head unit shut down Rob Trice sorted the reprogramming. Excellent service

Service interval indicator not reset & software upgrade caused iPhone app having to be reset and sat nav previous destinations showing at map grid references. Would have helped if we had been forewarned about impact of upgrade.

The main work was fine, but as part of the "healthcheck", my washer bottle was topped up with water, not windscreen wash, resulting in the the water freezing in the pipes and now the headlight washer protruding from the body of the vehicle, frozen.
If I had paid for the car wash I would have asked for the car to be cleaned again.
The problems with the car were sorted.
One of the great things at Sytner High Wycombe is that you can talk to the technician who will be working on your car and explain directly any faults or issues. Max who looked after my car was polite ,knowledgeable, and took the time.BRILLIANT.

I had very good service from Roger Davidson.
This visit was for a first service on a BMW X5 - Reg BJ66UJH. The work consisted mainly of an oil and filter change, microfilter and recirculation filter change. I nearly fell off my chair when I was asked to pay over £300 for this limited scope.
I would suggest you clear cars faster in your front car parking area though - I could barely find a space at 9.45am!

Was adequately kept up to date by the staff with a delay in getting the car back - but was kept overnight instead of collecting at end of day

It would be 5 stars, however your paper work boasted about it being hoovered, it wasn't, I'm not fussed about it being cleaned as I do it myself, but if your going to say it was then please check.
The issue I had with the car was fixed and explained.
The communication and follow up was good which is why I marked it in the middleWould have been better had more testing been done - process is to do a cheap simple visual test.... send the car back with the fault, and wait to run out of coolant again

When I booked the car in under warranty to then be told on the day that diagnosis was £90 was a shock. This happened on the last 2 visits.

Very good inspections but the offer to fix the problem was far too heavy handed. I would expect a main dealership to not take the approach of changing entire parts and only the sections which are at fault.
