Great service from Simone and the team
Service staff excellent, great lift back from your driver. car ready & cleaned on pick up. However, had an irritating problem with loose interior trim on the rear offside door - which supposedly having been fixed has come loose again.
There was an issue regarding collection of the car that had not been booked buy your reception team. I had to call and chase on the day. However the response to the problem was excellent and problem quickly resolved.
I came with the breakdown lorry not one of your regular customers & was given excellent service
Good service but my car was not washed particularly well.Sometimes feel a bit of a number as such a large showroom, miss the personal touch.

The car has had 2 problems under warranty which have been successfully fixed by Sytner. Each time the car has been inspected for general condition then cleaned before being handed back, so that it looks as good as the cars in the showroom.

Dealt with in friendly manner and well performed. Transport from and back to the garage was much appreciated and car was nicely cleaned.

With one remark: they should have spotted the problem that re-occurred with the car when they did the inspection on the first visit. We had to return the car for another two days to solve the same problem. sloppy.
If I had come just to have my car washed and vacuumed you would have scored 1! A poor job. Hopefully the service was better than the wash!

Final service of free package. I was told car was done and would be around in 5 mins but was then kept waiting for about another 20 mins until service desk chased but I was in no rush and overall experience was good

I visited SHW 1 hour before my appointment as I need to work using my laptop and your wifi. I was seen quickly and informed my car service would be undertaken as soon as possible, even before my allotted time.

See above. BMW cocked up the delivery back of my vehicle, and both myself and my husband lost a ridiculous amount of time trying to contact BMW emergency services.
It would have been 5 stars if I could have booked an appointment with diagnostics on a Saturday
Simple oil change/filter service. They did upgrade EMS software which resulted in all my settings (seat/phone maps etc) by lost.... not too bad to recover but annoying.
Everything, from dropping to collecting the car is smooth

I've had the pleasure of being served by Rob Trice a few times now, and he's always been very helpful and provided a high standard of service to me. It was very easy to arrange an appointment for the drop off and collection.
This was because this was the third time to sort this problem
They are fantastic - nothing is too much trouble, they are kind, courteous and make you feel like royalty there. Luke Staines is a great chap - has looked after me well and the service team have done a great job everytime. Well done!

The lady I dealt with was excellent, helpful professional and did what what asked, the taxi service to my office was not, the driver was great but I had to wait for the car. Someone else asked if I minded waiting longer I said no he was very unhappy
As well as the lack of continuity mentioned previously my car was not put through the standard post service valet service despite keeping it all day. Again not overly an issue as I had a service car for the duration and my car was generally clean

Whenever there has been correspondence regarding my car my husband gets it, yet you have my e mail address. Big disappointment knowing that having to wash my own car all the time the garage told me they would clean it, it was not done!
Provided a first class service standard. Dealt with all issues and provided comprehensive vehicle video email and statement of works done.
The problems identified were acknowledged and rectified without any argument even though car was out of warranty (though fault initially identified in warranty)

Service is good, but car wash part of service wasn't that impressive as the killed insects in hot weather on front bumper were still there.
The work was done to my schedule, I was met at the reception with courtesy, the work was completed within the predicted time and the bill was fully explained.

Delivery and collection of my car was efficient and easy. I was updated very well especially towards the end of the repair, but communication 'from me to you' is less easy.

As per earlier comments end to end sales support was spot on. We were part exchanging on an existing car, it had a minor prang in the week we were due to exchange and the team managed this for us so there was no delay in taking the new car.

On delivery spec of car was not 100%. Dashboard trim was wrong. Salesman has said he will order and change but I have had to chase to find out what is happening. I also bought a service pack but still have no detail in writing of what is included....
