My brakes have been squeaking since the pads were replaced at the service
After every visit the interior driver's floor mat is always left soiled by staff, more so by valeters. Despite me requesting an overmat to prevent this, it still continues to occur. I find this extremely irritating and infuriating!!

I was kept aware of the issue ecen though there was a part recall. My options were always explained.

Firstly, as I have already said, I think its very important to keep to the same technician who will know my car from back to front, furthermore its assuring knowing the whole team are very professional in their work.

When the service was booked I specifically asked for an auto loan car and was assured that would be what I was given. I was given a manual which actually only had less that 3k on the clock and had been absolutely destroyed by the previous recipient
It was easy to book in.They kept me up to date with calls on how the repairs were progressing and I knew when my car was coming back etc.
I am on my ninth BMW. I had a brief experience with Jaguar Landrover which was very poor so I have returned to BMW.
My car was back to showroom condition after a wash and vac. This is my first BMW from brand new, previously I have bought second hand cars and taken them to anywhere that offers a good price for a service. No going back now, BMW Sytner all the way!
The mended rattle in the footwell came back after less than two days
Would have been completely satisfied if the documentation was correct. Incorrect mileage stated on documents
Within 2 weeks of the service I discovered: (1) coolant level in the car was below the minimum marker in the main reservoir, I had to it up, and (2) the tyre pressures in all 4 wheels had been set inexplicably (& materially) below recommended level

I took the car in to have the new BMW Camera fitted. It was not easy to use and no one at the dealership knew how to operate it. You should not be selling a product which your team have not been trained on

The central call centre is terrible. Initial enquiry could not price the service, promised to call back, never did. On final booking I requested a change due to a fault and was hung up on. The call centre is questioning my dealer loyalty

I was able to change my booking at very short notice, because of a family crisis, to the following day. MOT and service were carried out speedily whist I waited and the feedback regarding both was excellent.
Everything was done in a professional & courteous manner, some minor bodywork that had been previously quoted couldnt bedone whilst in for the service. I was running short on time when I left and there was nobody available to drop me <2 miles away.

My last two experiences - both tyre replacements within weeks of each other (sods law) - resulted in missing valve caps (still to be replaced). Minor in the scheme of things, but annoying all the same.

I was offered a lift home and pick up but the pick-up never happened. I had to follow up with a call when I was on quite a tight schedule and subsequently had to order a tax and transfer a car-seat to it. I was however re-imbursed for the taxi fare.

There was an issue regarding collection of the car that had not been booked buy your reception team. I had to call and chase on the day. However the response to the problem was excellent and problem quickly resolved.
Service staff excellent, great lift back from your driver. car ready & cleaned on pick up. However, had an irritating problem with loose interior trim on the rear offside door - which supposedly having been fixed has come loose again.
The car has had 2 problems under warranty which have been successfully fixed by Sytner. Each time the car has been inspected for general condition then cleaned before being handed back, so that it looks as good as the cars in the showroom.

With one remark: they should have spotted the problem that re-occurred with the car when they did the inspection on the first visit. We had to return the car for another two days to solve the same problem. sloppy.

I visited SHW 1 hour before my appointment as I need to work using my laptop and your wifi. I was seen quickly and informed my car service would be undertaken as soon as possible, even before my allotted time.

See above. BMW cocked up the delivery back of my vehicle, and both myself and my husband lost a ridiculous amount of time trying to contact BMW emergency services.

Simple oil change/filter service. They did upgrade EMS software which resulted in all my settings (seat/phone maps etc) by lost.... not too bad to recover but annoying.

The lady I dealt with was excellent, helpful professional and did what what asked, the taxi service to my office was not, the driver was great but I had to wait for the car. Someone else asked if I minded waiting longer I said no he was very unhappy

On delivery spec of car was not 100%. Dashboard trim was wrong. Salesman has said he will order and change but I have had to chase to find out what is happening. I also bought a service pack but still have no detail in writing of what is included....
